WASHINGTON, DC – Today, U.S. Representative Angie Craig announced that her casework efforts have returned more than $2 million to constituents across Minnesota's Second District. Since assuming office in 2019, Representative Craig and her casework team have worked tirelessly to help constituents resolve issues with federal agencies and access the refunds and benefits to which they are entitled from federal agencies like the Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration and Department of Veterans Affairs.

Minnesota — Yesterday, U.S. Representative Angie Craig hosted her Rural Health Advisory Council meeting. In January of 2020, Representative Craig was appointed to the House Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth, where she was tasked with representing the interests of family farmers and rural communities across the country.

WASHINGTON, DC — Today, U.S. Representatives Angie Craig (D-MN) and Pete Stauber (R-MN) announced the introduction of the Tax Emergency Adjustment for Mileage Volunteers (TEAM Volunteers) Act, which would increase the charitable mileage reimbursement rate from $0.14 to $0.625 per mile for a 2-year period in order to address the financial burden that rising gas prices and inflationary pressures have placed on volunteer drivers.

WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Representative Angie Craig signed a bipartisan letter alongside 16 of her colleagues calling on House leadership to hold a vote on legislation to ban stock trading by Members of Congress. Earlier this year, Craig introduced a House resolution that would require all Members to sell individual stocks and refrain from future ownership of individual stocks throughout their time in office.

WASHINGTON, DC – Last week, U.S. Representative Angie Craig and U.S. Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith introduced bipartisan, bicameral legislation that would rename the South St. Paul Post Office in honor of fallen South St. Paul Officer Leo Pavlak. After only four months on the force, Officer Pavlak was killed during a robbery on August 30, 1933. He is the only South St. Paul Officer to have been killed in the line of duty.
