Internships

Washington, DC Office Internships

In our Washington, DC office, internships run year-round with sessions in the fall, spring, and summer. The internships run for two months and require 25 hours per week. Schedules can be flexible to accommodate course schedules. Generally, interns will work three days per week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Intern responsibilities will vary, but generally entail researching legislation, attending hearings or briefings, and drafting constituent letters on various issues before Congress.  As a result, interns will learn about the legislative process and the many other functions of a congressional office while building valuable professional skills.
