WASHINGTON, DC — Today, the House Agriculture Committee voted unanimously to send to the House Floor U.S. Representatives Angie Craig (D-MN) and Dusty Johnson's (R-SD) bipartisan Strengthening the Agriculture and Food Supply Chain Act, which would create a dedicated task force designed to shore up the American food supply chain, increase government coordination and provide recommendations to Congress to prevent future supply chain issues. The bill is part of Rep. Craig's continued effort to lower prices at the grocery store for working families.

The Closing the Congressional Revolving Door Act would also remove special privileges granted to former Members of Congress that are often exploited by lobbyists – specifically access to the House chamber, Congressional athletic facilities, the Members' dining room and other private locations on Capitol Hill.

WASHINGTON, DC – This week, the U.S. House of Representatives passed Angie Craig's bill to strengthen and improve the Small Business Administration's SCORE Program with bipartisan support. The SCORE for Small Business Act of 2022, which Craig introduced alongside Republican Representative Young Kim (CA-39), would reauthorize the SCORE program, which provides education and mentorship services for entrepreneurs.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, U.S. Representative Angie Craig urged the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to revisit and reverse a significant hike in premiums, which she argued was exacerbating financial hardships experienced by millions of older Americans. In a letter to CMS Administrator Chiquita Brooks-LaSure, Craig called on the agency to reconsider a 14.5% increase in Medicare Part B premiums in 2022 – which represents the single largest dollar increase in the health insurance program's history.
