Congresswoman Angie Craig Statement on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Today, Rep. Angie Craig released the following statement in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

"Today, as we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. I reflect on what he taught us about the power of community strength and shared service. That's what I see in our communities every day," said Rep. Angie Craig. "Progress happens when we work together no matter where we come from or what we look like. When we work together to find common ground, that's when we can make progress on the big issues – that's when we improve our communities for our families, our children's families and the generations to come."
