Rep. Angie Craig Launches Online USPS Survey Amid Continued Mail Delays

January 26, 2023

Craig will solicit stories from constituents experiencing postal service issues and send them directly to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy
Online survey closes Friday, February 3rd

BURNSVILLE, MN – Today, as part of her continued efforts to resolve persistent mail delivery delays in Minnesota, U.S. Rep. Angie Craig launched a survey to hear about issues constituents are having with the Postal Service.

The survey will remain open for constituent feedback until Friday, February 3rd. Once responses are collected, Rep. Craig will compile constituent stories and send them directly to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy.

A link to Rep. Craig’s survey can be found here.

“My constituents need to get their mail on time, no exceptions. I wrote to Postmaster General DeJoy a month ago expressing my concern with delays across the Second District, and I have still not heard back from him. That is unacceptable,” said Rep. Craig. “I’m launching this survey today to gauge the extent of the postal issues in my district and will take their stories directly to the Postmaster General. It’s time we see accountability and improved service.”

Over the past year, Rep. Craig has led the push for postal service reform in the Second District through letters to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and USPS officials, a listening session with Minnesota residents and legislative action in Congress.

Rep. Craig encourages her constituents to contact her office if they are having any trouble navigating or accessing any federal agency, including their local post offices. For assistance, they should visit Rep. Craig’s website at https://craig.house.gov/casework.
